The Lancaster County Bird Club will meet Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the auditorium of the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Rd., Lancaster, PA.
Darin McNeil will present a program on his research which involves the conservation and management of rare and declining animals with an emphasis on eastern forests. Although Darin's work is mostly focused on birds, he has worked on projects involving reptiles, amphibians, insect pollinators, and forest mammals of Pennsylvania. Darin is a Ph.D Candidate at Cornell University preparing for graduation in Spring 2019 and the topic of his Ph.D. dissertation is the management of imperiled Golden-winged Warbler populations across Pennsylvania.
