Mitchell Road continues to be good for raptors. In addition to the expected Red Tailed Hawks, Turkey Vultures and American Kestrels, a Ferruginous Hawk continues mainly on or near the ground in the northern part of the eastern field. While looking at him this afternoon, I had a very nice Prairie Falcon fly low overhead.
