Time:0735 to 0905

Weather: Cloudy, temp.40 F, wind E to 5 mph, waves less than a foot.    

Comments:  Almost no movement close to shore, butoffshore at least two to three miles out there was a huge record breaking flockof scaup (mostly, if not all, Lesser Scaup) that periodically lifted off andcircled a few times before settling back down on the water.  Every time the flock lifted off they movedeastward, often strung out for more than a mile.
