Weather: Fair today with 5 to 13 mph winds out of the West to Southwest winds. Very good visibility with largely clear to partially cloudy skies. A cold start of -2C, climbing to 10.4C.
Raptor Observations: 75 total migrating raptors. An adult Bald Eagle was seen to the north, however it did not pass the hawk watch. Flight was often low to very low with birds spotted well below eye level.

One small, very cold snake - likely a Milk Snake
