Weather: pretty day with a brisk NW wind, sun and clouds. A bit chilly in the morning with the wind.
Raptor Observations: A nice push of migrants in the morning tapered off in the afternoon. The first 15 minutes produced an incredible count of 3 harriers, 6 sharp-shins, 1 Coop, and 6 kestrels! Afternoon visibility was increasingly difficult as the cumulus clouds dissipated leaving deep blue skies. One local sharp shinned and one local Cooper's Hawk not counted as migrants.
Non-raptor Observations: Migrating Canada geese ~ 150 noted Also migrating flocks of chimney swifts and a few tree swallows.
Predictions: Winds changing to SW during the morning: Areas of frost before 8am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 61.
