Subject: MIGRATORY BIRDS AT BOYD POINT TODAY
This afternoon, I visited the Boyd Point Waste Water Treatment Facility in Pine Bluff. Notable observations were a flock of 16 American Avocets (in the morning Doc George counted 22), a Red-necked Phalarope in nonbreeding plumage directly in front of the administration bldg. and the first sighting of an Eared Grebe in nonbreeding plumage.
