A beautiful day greeted 11 birders at the Merrimac Farm Wildlife Management Area for the monthly last-Sunday bird walk sponsored by the Prince William Conservation Alliance. Noteworthy birds included a Cape May Warbler; an enormous flock of noisy Blue Jays; and our first of season Red Breasted Nut hatch.
