A pair of Golden Eagles teased us all day by hunting the burned slope but
never went south. The morning saw a flock of 300 south bond White Fronts
followed by another 150 and 200 more at 5:00. Lead observer Peter was
assisted today by Kim, Mary Ann, Chuck, Tom, Collen and Bindy with a very
nice visit from 5 folks from Portland. Sunny skies and more birds are
predicted for Sunday.
