Subject: [VA-bird] First Warblers Bles Park, Loudoun Cty
Took a quick walk in Bles Park to see if any migrant birds were out. Found
two Magnolia and one Northern Parula Warblers. Also saw a Least Flycatcher
and 2 Swainson’s Thrushes. I came across a fledgling Yellow billed Cuckoo
with no tail that hopped on the ground or took short awkward flights. An
adult Cuckoo watched with a large Katydid in its mouth about 4ft above.
