Subject: [NBB] Juvenile Turkey Vulture - Maxwell Farms Regional Park
Thought this was worth posting. Friend Bira spotted a Turkey Vulture
perched on a stump, and it turned out to be a very young one. So young
that it still had soft white feathers around its neck and collar. I've
never seen this before. Here is a pic:

Does this mean that it bred at this location?

Also had Wilson's Warbler, Western Tanager, 2 Green Heron, 2 Kingfisher, 2
Great-horned Owl, Vaux's Swift.
