Eleven of us from the Maricopa Audubon Society birded the Pinal Mt. area today for 7 hours and found 93 species. The most interesting included a male RED CROSSBILL found by Babs Buck on the Madera Peak Rd, and a continuing juvenile HARRIS' HAWK near the Miami Gardens housing development. Presumably the same individual was first found in this vicinity on Monday 29 June, and it is the fourth record for the Globe area. All three of the previous records were in 2017. More details and photos on eBIrd.
