Subject: The Missouri Bluebird Conference: Programs, Field Trips, and Fellowship for all!
Good morning MO-Birders!      You are cordially invited to attend the 2018 Missouri Bluebird Conference  hosted by the Missouri Bluebird Society, July 13th - 15th in Jefferson City, MO.              A modest registration fee includes so many opportunities:  The Programs on Saturday along with a terrific Educational Packet to take home, Lunch on Saturday, a Saturday evening Social at the beautiful and "birdy" Mockingbird Hill, where we'll have a wiener roast with all the fixings, along with live musical entertainment by Americana recording artist (and fellow bird enthusiast) Andy May from Nashville, TN.      ALSO included with the registration fee is a Hummingbird banding demonstration and Field Trip on Sunday Morning at Mockingbird Hill!              For those who have never been,  Mockingbird Hill is the home of Norm and Beth Stucky; one of the best examples of what can been accomplished by conservation-minded private land owners you will find. A diverse, nurtured habitat provides an outing that never fails to awe and inspire.            The Saturday Programs are held at the spacious Lincoln University Carver Farm and include presentations on the Great Missouri Birding Trail, Bluebird Basics, "Wild about Monarchs", and a nest box building and baffle building program.             Friday evening there is an optional banquet for a nominal fee. Author and photographer Matt Miles will present "Missouri Wild and Wonderful" and will be signing his gorgeous book of the same name.        There is a special reduced conference fee for individuals under 12 years of age.  We would appreciate registration forms no later than Monday, July 9th.
