Subject: [southbaybirds] Guadeloupe Oak Grove Park
Birds found from 4-5 PM, June 26 at Quadeloupe Oak Grove Park:

ACORN WOODPECKERS feeding on elderberries.
BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHERS feeding fledglings.
VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS feeding fledglings.
A juvenile-plumaged COOPER'S HAWK.
Two, maybe 3 calling RED-SHOULDERED HAWKS; the only one seen was an adult.
And the usual suspects: scrub jays, juncos, black phoebes, Bewick's wrens, house finches, western bluebirds, one lesser goldfinch, one California towhee, and calls from oak titmice, never seen.
