I received notes from several folks that the bird is an Eastern Phoebe.
I updated the ebird list with the accurate info – so the photos will be under E Phoebe, now. It appears the list URL remained the same.
Thank you so much to everyone who got back to me so promptly. I appreciate your help and we are looking forward to watching this pair tend to their chicks over the weeks to come.

Subject: ID help, please.
I am trying to figure out what bird (pair) has chosen to make a nest under the eaves of my house (12 foot up on a very small ledge). The beginning of the nest was mud, but now as they are working on it, it has other vegetation hanging off of it, as well.
Is this an Eastern Wood Pewee? Most of the images of E Wood Pewee nests that I found are in trees. But I saw one image that looked very similar to the nest this pair is building.
