Subject: [CT Birds] Baby turkeys
Glastonbury landfill, Tryon St,
So Glastonbury
Resident indigo bunting seen again, near demo heap, bank swallows (which my grandson called “money birds”) seem to have fledged a good batch of young, at least 50 birds seen yesterday, many begging food from adults.
Prize of the day was 11 day or two old baby turkeys following mom along dirt road.
