Subject: [nysbirds-l] Cliff Swallows at Croton Point Park
A pair of Cliff Swallows repeatedly visited a small muddy rain pool at one of the ball fields at Croton Point yesterday.  Someone said they are building a nest on the route 9 bridge not far away.  This may well continue for a few more days.

The little pool is here: 41.187566, -73.886263

While you are there, look for the Purple Martins nesting here:  41.185706, -73.893707
