Subject: [CT Birds] Talk tonight on Bird Art
The Killingworth Land Conservation Trust is pleased to host world-class wildlife artist, and Madison resident, Michael DiGiorgio for our annual Spring Presentation, on Thursday, May 17, 7:00 PM at the Fire House. Mike will present a slide show tracing his early experiences with wildlife and those artists who inspired him, to his current work and continuing fascination with the natural world around him. His work focuses on birds, and he is currently illustrating a multi-volume book on the Birds of South America. Select prints of Mike's work will be available for purchase at the presentation. The talk will take place at the Killingworth Volunteer Fire House, 333 Route 81, which is 0.8 mile north of the small traffic circle in Killingworth, where Routes 80 and 81 intersect.
