Old Hemlock is such a gem. This morning I did my May bird count. I have divided our 320 acres into ten quadrants and stay close the center of each <http://oldhemlock.org/OHBO-web/OHBO-PointCountMap.jpg>to record all birds seen or heard in a three minute period. The bird list is below. I post some scenes from this morning on my Facebook page . Although OH Mt. Laurel was with me, she was always on the move and no photos taken. I have taught her as I have Willow to come in and sit beside me when I am a bird watching. I taught Willow come to a "bird pish" while I use binoculars.
