Massbirders. Spent 2.5 hours driving around Provincetown today, and while I recorded 44 species, still no big movement of migrants. Few warblers in the Beech Forest, but the jaeger show along Race Point Beach was worth mentioning. I recorded 14 PAJAs, definitely a conservative count, several were in groups of 3 – 5, zig-zagging and whirling around chasing terns close to shore. I’d recommend anyone with a telephoto lens make a trip for some potentially good images.
