Subject: [CT Birds] Clay-colored Sparrow, Hammonasset
Mickey Komara found a Clay-colored Sparrow in beautiful plumage at Hammonasset. It was hanging out with a House Sparrow and a Savannah Sparrow by the Hammonasset Salt Marsh sign on the lawn by the beginning of Willard’s Island. Looks like there is grass seed on the lawn.
