Subject: [CT Birds] Indian Well State park and Shelton power line cut
5/8 Shelton.
9:15am- At Indian Well State Park, Red eyed vireo singing, several
Ovenbirds singing, Black & white Warbler, Pine Warbler, White breasted
nuthatch, pair of Wood ducks, Gray tree frogs singing, blue jays &
cardinals.
At power line cut in Shelton, 11:20am,
2 Beautiful male Blue winged warblers singing, 2 prairie Warblers, 1 Male
Indigo Bunting,
2 vocal Ravens, Red shouldered hawk and 3 Black vultures soaring, Common
yellowthroat calling.
