Subject: [COBOL] Hatfield Lake and Sawyer Park Birds this Weekend

Hi all, I visited the first Pond at Hatfield from late morning, mostly checking Shorebirds. Birds seen below:

Semipalmated Sandpiper 1, short tubular blunt tipped bill (male) overall paler than Least, some Rufous about the head and Black legs. A few fine streaks on flanks, size between Least and Western Sandpiper.

Spotted Sandpiper no count today but 12 yesterday.
Wilson's Snipe 1
Wilson's Phalarope 10
Savannah Sparrow 10
American Pipit 1
Tundra Swan 2 they migrated yesterday but didn't get very far!

Fairly quite today, more birds yesterday, highlights below:

Black-headed Grosbeak 3
Wilson's Warbler 6
Yellow Warbler 2
Yellow-rumped Warbler 15+ plus 1 Myrtle and 1 Hybrid.
Warbling Vireo 2
Lincoln's Sparrow 1
Savannah Sparrow 1
Golden-crowned and White-crowned Sparrow 1 each
Ruby crowned Kinglet 1
