Subject: [COBOL] Local RBA for Birds Crook county today
Got a phone call from Wayne Weber who has been birding in central Oregon
for a few days. He reports:

COMMON TERN Crooked River Wetlands late a.m. today. It was perched on
the boardwalk of a pond. He had good and close views of it perched and
preening, then flying.

SNOWY PLOVER a.m. at Little Houston, in that area to the west of the
water. Also had 12 Least Sandpipers near it there. and near the lake, in
the field to the south, 14 Sandhill Cranes, which flew off to the north
while he was there.

Said the Snow and Ross's Geese were not at CRW when he was there.

Go birding! Judy Meredith, <jmeredit...>
