Subject: [nysbirds-l] Pileated Woodpecker in Yonkers
This morning I had a Pileated Woodpecker flying fairly high across Central Park Ave. from the Barnes and Noble side to the opposite side and land in a dead tree.  A first for that area.  Kind of an unusual place to see them.  Good to know they're around there.
