Subject: [ia-bird] Just South of Red Rock
Despite the wind, the birds were fairly active this afternoon. A quick pass
through land south of Lake Red Rock yielded notables: Savannah Sparrow, 2
Palm Warblers, a half dozen Ruby-crowned Kinglets, Blue-gray Gnatcatchers,
Yellow-rumped Warblers, a Swainson's Thrush, Gray Catbird, Nashville
Warbler, White-throated Sparrows, Eastern Kingbird and a Yellow Warbler.

At Central College this morning, several White-throated Sparrows were
singing next to the library.
