Subject: [COBOL] Hatfield Lake And Alfalfa Birds Today
Hi all,

At Hatfield, the Snow Goose continues, as do the 2 Tundra Swans, another Double-crested Cormorant was just hanging out, no Fish here. Canvasback numbers have dropped to 4 birds, Cinnamon Teal remains about the same with 7 on first Pond, 12 on Second, and only saw 1 pair of American Wigeon. Eared Grebe totaled 5 birds.
Shorebird species and numbers disappointingly low with 16+ Least Sandpipers and 4 Killdeer. Migrants were few, 2 Gray Flycatcher, 6 Yellow-rumped Warbler, 2 Ruby-crowned Kinglet, 1 White-crowned Sparrow and heard Pinyon Jay.
