Subject: [CT Birds] Simsbury and Avon
In Simsbury Sunday morning:  a Blue-winged Teal in the wetlands east of the road on the north end of IronhorseBlvd.; also an American Wigeon (originally reported by John Weeks) remains in the wetlands east of thebandshell off Ironhorse Blvd. 
In Avon Sunday morning: a Pied-billed Grebe and a Mute Swan in the south pond at the Nod Brook Wildlife Mgmt. area.
