Weather: Partly cloudy; 38-48 degrees; excellent visibility winds
started out from the north at 10 mph, then becoming stronger and
northwesterly, 10-15 mph, gusting to 24 mph

Raptor Observations:
Ospreys ruled the day with many carrying white perch. A pair of
Bald Eagles playing footsie and swirling down from the sky.

Non-raptor Observations: Purple Martin 2, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher,
Blue-winged Teal

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
