Subject: [CT Birds] Southport Gull update
4/5. Southport Beach. The flock of 360 Bonaparte’s Gulls was resting on the flats at low tide. We looked through them for a while, before the entire flock took off about 11:10. Some returned, but most flew high to the east and south. Maybe they will return. We did not see the Little Gull or anything else of note. I will search the immediate area.
Now 11:40.
