Subject: [CT Birds] Wood ducks and Osprey Branford Supply Ponds
There is now two wood duck houses at the Branford Supply ponds.  Two male drakes circling one of them.  Osprey fishing in one of the ponds north of the bridge.  Hairy, Downy and Red Bellied woodpeckers feeding on suet from the Cedar tree near the feeders.  Great Blue Heron flew in and then out again as the pond appeared too deep where it tried to land.
