A reminder, Elise, that this is Central Oregon Birders Online. The coast isn’t in our purview, at least until a big earthquake gives us beach front property.

The Murres are in, or at least were for a couple days. Up to 6000 on Tuesday, huge rafts of them all over the place. Very neat. 3 Harlequin, and seals and whales. A lone eagle showed up, then he had a friend the next day (😣). Wed the Murres were gone, and the cormorants were in, over 100 brandt, and 30+ pelagic in my estimations. Windy, rainy, cold Mon/Tue. Sunny the day the cormorants were in and the Murres were gone. A loon here and there, surf scoters, white wings. Also pigeon guillemot, common loons, ww scoters, surf scoters in river.
