Weather: Mostly cloudy becoming overcast in advance of rain; 36-41
degrees; good visibility; winds light, mostly from the SE, 0-8 mph

Raptor Observations: A light flight before the rain; returning
pair of Ospreys are busy repairing last year's nest, nearly blown
away by the strong winds over the winter.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
