Subject: American Golden Plover at Bear Island WMA, Colleton County, SC
Cathy and I got an American Golden Plover at Bear Island at about 5 PM
today. The bird was feeding off Pecan Road (precise GPS coordinates of the
bird = 32.611186, -80.437680) with a very large group of mostly snowy
egrets (nearly 200 of them). Link to our eBird list below. I probably
won't get all of the pictures I took today processed before Sunday, but
I've posted a couple of images of the plover on the list.
