Pat and I were walking by Phipps around 1:55 today and saw three Bald Eagles overhead. An adult was chasing and attacking an advanced immature (white tail, brown head) eagle. Another immature Bald Eagle (all brown; sorry about the description, but I don't have a bird guide with me ) was following them and soaring overhead. They were heading north. We assumed the adult was one of the Hays eagles chasing the advanced immature away from the nesting area.
