Good to know...the habitat at Sully is close to what woodcock look for in a breeding site. Also, your observations are consistent with past observations...this is the peak migratory period for woodcock. And woodcock are well known to display during migration. This is why a breeding code based on displays alone cannot be assigned, at least for the next few weeks.
