A stop at Beltzville today had many Buffleheads and Redheads. There was a single of Horned and Red-necked Grebes and a pair of RB Mergansers, along with Ring-necks and Scaup sp. Only the western side of the lake is ice free and I did not have a scope.
At Weir Lake in Monroe I had a single Hooded Merg, a Greater White-fronted Goose and a very unexpected Brant. There was a single white goose there, but I could not make a Ross's out of it from the distance
