Hello Texbirders, Today was similar to yesterday ... great people ... and the birds really made us work to see them. Two couples from yesterday actually came back for more today. The walk started out nice with Valley specialties at the feeders including White-tipped Doves, Green Jays and Clay-colored Thrushes. It was fun to find a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker on the Willow Trail when we trekked back there to look at an Altamira Oriole nest from last year. Guided walks leave from the Visitor Center at 8:30 am every day but Sunday.
