Saw what I'm fairly certain was a Say's Phoebe out on the farm road at the end of Dabbler's Marsh path, to the right (east) and up where the brush piles are on the left side. Cat (sorry, don't know her last name), who was also out birding spotted it. The Black Phoebe has been around but the Say's seems fairly rare for here (I'm used to seeing them in Nevada) so I thought I'd let you all know.
