*SAS Minto-Brown Island Park Bird Walk Report*
Two (2) birders joined Barbara and Fred for the Minto-Brown bird walk on Thursday morning. It was overcast for the most part with temperatures ranging from 41 to 47 degrees. They observed (saw or heard) 39 species.
The group saw a number of great sightings including two *Barred Owls*! Also more ducks were seen than usual including eight (8) *Wood Ducks*. Other nice observations included two *Pacific Wrens*, a *Pileated Woodpecker*, a *White-throated Sparrow* and a *Chestnut-backed Chickadee*.
