A big surprise this morning was pretty heavy fog in all the valleys, but still got 6 raptors in it before it lifted.

Other birds of note:

Northern Flicker - 10 total, including at least 4 feeding in freshly-manured fields

Eastern Bluebird - 17

Carolina Wren - 8 (not bad, given our cold spell)

Horned Lark - 10+2 in same freshly-manured fields

Red-winged Blackbird - 2 males " " "

Red-breasted Nuthatch - 1 at Washington Cemetery
