Still present on east shoreline, just off-shore. Interestingly, she was located in the area that has been recently mitigated as part of the remediation efforts of the historical contamination from the Gas Works. If my memory serves, this shoreline was mitigated to reduce the availability of contaminants to migrating salmonids which follow the shoreline. Anyone care to speculate what is about the way the mitigation was conducted that might be attractive to a Long-tailed Duck?
