Subject: [slocobirding] Lark Bunting, Northern Carrizo
Hi all,

There was a female-type LARK BUNTING at the corner of Apollo Way and Highway 58 at 2:55 PM today. It was with a mixed flock of sparrows and goldfinches feeding in the tall weeds located on the north side of the highway along the barbed wire fence. These birds were not here when I passed by this morning, as conditions were foggy and misty, so later in the day when the weather is more clear might be better for viewing this bird.

As info, Apollo Way is an access road for part of Topaz Solar Farm, so don't be surprised if Topaz securtiy comes over to see what you are up to.
