The second Dunlin puzzler in a few days. Note the evenly dark upper parts and clean break to white underparts. Kind of plump and Sanderling in size and it is hiding a longish slightly turned bill. It will be farther up beach than Sanderlings, Not as willing to run in the waves. They are easy to spot in a group of peeps on the beach.
