Subject: [SBB] Varied thrush
Hi Birders,
Today we decided to take a mellow drive into the Santa Cruz Mountains, not
really birding, just enjoying the forest.

We ran into varied thrushes in two places. At our first stop, we saw what
were likely 6-7 foraging on the side of the road, but all bolted except for
one which I managed to get a few photos. This one appears to be a female.

On our second stop we counted 4, again foraging on the road side near
Merrill and Wright Station Roads.
