Yesterday, 22 November, I was doing some habitat mapping within the Roosevelt Natural Area. I was in the NE corner of the natural area.
In the late morning, birds were very active and vocal and I decided to play Black-and-white Warbler on my iPod. Within 30 seconds, I had a Black-and-white Warbler respond by vocalizing, and it soon came into view. A little later, a couple of hundred yards away, I tried this again and had a Black-and-white Warbler respond almost immediately.
