Subject: Beasley Road waterfowl
Scouting for a Pungo trip for the Wings Over Water Encore Weekend, I decided to make a stop by the pond at Beasley Road. Waterfowl numbers are definitely up, even more so than a few weekends ago. Lots of Canada Geese, Tundra Swans, Ring-neck Ducks, and hundreds of gulls, mostly Ring-billed, but a few Laughing Gulls and a Lesser Black-backed in the mix as well. The highlights among the handful of Snow Geese were 4 Ross's Geese, and the flock of Canada's had a Greater White-fronted Goose.

Good birding!
