Paul Suchanek sent photos (not included here) of a probable Orchard Oriole - see below. I’m just looking at them on my phone, hence the “probable”.

> This morning, I photographed this oriole in Tanque Verde Wash near Wentworth Road. My first impression was small oriole, yellow underparts, short tail thus immature male Orchard Oriole although I don't think I've seen one with this much black in the face. You can look at photos and decide but I don't think it's a Scott's.
> The bird was seen on the south channel of Tanque Verde wash just before a large patch of arundo cane just before the large cottonwoods start along the middle of the wash. It flew down to the north channel from the top of a small willow and I never saw it again although I looked around for a while.
