Subject: [CT Birds] Stratford COMMON EIDER, White-rumpled Sandpiper, etc.
11/12. Stratford,
- Housatonic River from end of Sniffen's Lane - juvenile COMMON EIDER in channel right below Knapp's Landing Restaurant at 1:30pm. It was visible for only about 10-15 minutes; perhaps boat traffic flushed it. Photos. Also here a flock of 15 SNOW BUNTINGS, one GREAT CORMORANT.

- Greenway - EASTERN PHOEBE, and 3 AMERICAN COOTS and a WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER at Birdseye boat ramp.
