Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report

The Yaquina Bay COSTA'S HUMMINGBIRD continues at a South Beach feeder. A
NORTHERN PARULA was seen November 7 in Grants Pass. The BLUE JAY invasion
continues. One was in Richland November 6 and two were at a Umapine feeder
the same day. On November 4 one was photographed in Coos Bay.
TROPICAL KINGBIRDS continue along the coast at Yaquina Bay, Netarts Bay and
five about Coos Bay. On November 8 a WHITE PELICAN was in North Bend. A
RED-NAPED SAPSUCKER continues at Ona Beach State Park. On November 4 a ROCK
SANDPIPER was at Seaside Cove. Two were in Yachats November 8. Four SNOW
BUNTINGS were seen November 4 south of Cannon Beach.
A HARRIS'S SPARROW was seen November 8 at Ridgefield NWR. A late VUTURE was
seen November 7 on Sauvie Island. A RED-SHOULDERED HAWK was seen again
November 5 at Oaks Bottom in Portland. That day a BRANT was at the Fernhill
Wetlands. On November 7 a BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE and a large flock of
BONAPARTE'S GULLS were at the John Day Dam. A flock of 16 SURF SCOTERS and
21 BONAPARTE'S GULLS were seen November 6 at Ochoco Lake.
