Weather:
Wind North 5-7 in morning, NNE 1-2 in the afternoon.
Temp 37-40. In the morning sunny and clear with low
bank of clouds in all directions on the horizon,
some haze 5% clouds.
By noon 100% clouds, no sun and it remained that way,
less haze.

Raptor Observations:
Drop in wind and lack of sun coincided with the drop in
raptor numbers in the afternoon.
Locals: 4 RT (at beginning of the day only).
(Noted by rod: 7 species of raptors today. Not bad,Bill!)
10:10 Osprey, N Harrier: both close to tower overhead.
10:40 Peregrine circled the tower very close in.

Non-raptor Observations:
Golden crowned kinglet landed on tower.
Migrating: 135 Crows(several groups of 15-20), 11 Common
Ravens(one group), 80 Herring Gulls (4-5 groups),
36 Canada Geese in groups of 8-10.

Predictions:
Wednesday
Mostly cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near
46. North wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light in the afternoon. Winds could gust
as high as 22 mph.
